研究目的：

1、探究ERT指导的个体化胚胎移植对PCOS不孕症患者妊娠结局的影响； 2、探究不同亚型PCOS患者种植窗的转录组学特征及种植窗偏移的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluating the efficacy of personalized embryo transfer (pET) based on endometrial receptivity test (ERT) in infertile patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome; 2. Evaluating the transcriptomic signature and an incidence of a displaced window of implantation of patients with different phenotypes of polycystic ovarian syndrome.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、伴有子宫内膜疾病，包括宫腔粘连，子宫内膜结核、子宫内膜非典型增生、未经处理的子宫内膜息肉及子宫内膜炎等；
2、伴有子宫其他疾病，包括子宫畸形，宫腔纵膈，肌壁间肌瘤压迫宫腔线等；
3、未经处理的输卵管积液；
4、III-IV 期子宫内膜异位症；
5、伴有其他影响胚胎着床和妊娠结局的疾病，如血栓前状态、免疫系统疾病（系统性红斑狼疮、干燥综合征等）、恶性肿瘤，未经控制的糖尿病、高血压等；
6、反复种植失败患者，定义为曾接受2次及2次以上胚胎移植，移植2枚优质囊胚或4枚优质卵裂期胚胎未孕者；
7、曾行卵巢楔形切除术或卵巢打孔的患者；
8、近3月曾使用过雄激素抑制剂、避孕药等治疗患者；
9、复发性流产患者，定义为曾有3次及以上妊娠丢失经历（包括生化妊娠）；
10、其他研究者认为不适合参加本研究的情况，例如：精神因素等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Accompany with endometrial diseases, including intrauterine adhesions, endometrial tuberculosis, atypical endometrial hyperplasia, untreated endometrial polyps or endometritis, etc.;
2. Accompany with uterine diseases, including uterine malformation, uterine mediastinum, intramural fibroids compressing the uterine cavity line, etc.;
3. Untreated severe hydrosalpinx;
4. Stage III-IV endometriosis;
5. Accompaned with other diseases that affect embryo implantation, such as prethrombotic state, immune system diseases (systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjgren's syndrome, etc.), malignant tumors, uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, etc.;
6. Patients with repeated implantation failure, defined as have received 2 or more embryo transfers cycles, transferred 2 high-quality blastocysts or 4 high-quality cleavage-stage embryos without pregnancy;
7. Patients who have undergone ovarian wedge resection or ovarian drilling;
8. Patients who have used androgen inhibitors, contraceptives, etc. in the past 3 months;
9. Patients with recurrent miscarriage, defined as having experienced 3 or more pregnancy losses (including biochemical pregnancy);
10. Other factors that researchers consider unsuitable to participate in this study, such as mental factors, etc.
