研究目的：

1、探究GDM孕妇妊娠期体重增长轨迹对高血糖与不良妊娠结局(Hyperglycemia and Adverse Pregnancy Outcomes, HAPO)的影响； 2、比较美国医学研究所(Institute of Medicine, IOM)指南标准和GDM孕妇不同妊娠阶段体重增长对HAPO的作用； 3、探究社会决定因素对GDM孕妇过度体重增长的影响； 4、探究GDM孕妇孕期体重变化的经历、感受及健康指导需求。

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the effects of Pregnancy weight gain trajectory in GDM pregnant women on hyperglycemia and adverse pregnancy outcomes (HAPO); 2. To compare the effects of the Institute of Medicine (IOM) guidelines and the weight gain in women with GDM on HAPO at different stages of pregnancy; 3. To explore the influence of social determinants on excessive weight gain in pregnant women with GDM; 4. To explore the experience, feelings and health guidance needs of GDM pregnant women with weight change during pregnancy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.孕前已确诊的1型糖尿病和2型糖尿病；
2.新生儿溶血性黄疸等遗传因素导致的病理性黄疸；
3.先天性畸形、死产和新生儿死亡等非活产妊娠结局；
4.孕前存在严重基础性疾病；
5.孕妇患有传染性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Type 1 diabetes mellitus and type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnosed before pregnancy;
2. Neonatal hemolytic jaundice and other genetic factors caused by pathological jaundice;
3. Non-live pregnancy outcomes such as congenital malformations, stillbirths and neonatal deaths;
4. Serious underlying diseases existed before pregnancy;
5. Pregnant patients suffer from infectious diseases.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据完整、正确、清晰的录入病例报告表。录取采用相应的数据库系统双人录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不太的磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保管，防止破坏。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	According to the original observation records of the subjects, the researcher input the data into the case report form completely, correctly and clearly. The corresponding database system was used for double entry, and then the database was compared twice. Electronic data files are stored separately and with multiple backups on different disks or recording media for safekeeping and protection against damage.
