探索亚甲兰对梗阻性黄疸患者围术期血管麻痹综合征的是否具有预防作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of pre-treatment with methylene blue on perioperative vascular paralysis syndrome in patients with obstructive jaundice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：（1）患有严重心、肺、肾脏疾病，包括心功能衰竭、严重心律失常影响循环及中至重度COPD。（2）ASA分级≥Ⅳ级（3）精神状态不能合作者（4）正在参与其他临床试验者

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Organs dysfunction(heart,lungs and etc);
(2)Mental disorders;
(3)in other clinical tria.
