1. 基于多中心、大样本的GMs定性评估的个体发育轨迹预测早产儿远期神经发育结局,以期为早产儿临床医疗决策提供参考; 2. 基于早产阶段和足月阶段全身运动最优性评分(GMOS)预测不安运动阶段运动最优评分(MOS),以及探讨GMOS和MOS二者相关性,以期为高危儿(早产儿)转介和超早期干预提供证据; 3. 基于GMA细化评分项目(GMOS和MOS)探索早产儿不同发育结局的超早期特异性指标,以期早期识别和预测早产儿后期功能障碍的临床类型和特征(发育正常、运动障碍、言语障碍、社交障碍等),为早产儿提供个性化和精准的早期康复治疗提供依据。 |

Objectives of Study: |
1. Predict the long-term neurodevelopmental outcome of preterm infants based on the ontogeny trajectory of qualitative assessment of multi-center, large-sample GMs, in order to provide reference for clinical medical decision-making of premature infants; 2. Based on the Global Motion Optimum Score (GMOS) in the preterm stage and the full-term stage, predict the Motion Optimum Score (MOS) in the restless movement stage, and explore the correlation between GMOS and MOS, in order to refer high-risk infants (preterm infants) and ultra-early intervention provide evidence; 3. Based on the GMA refined scoring items (GMOS and MOS), explore the ultra-early specific indicators of different developmental outcomes of preterm infants, in order to early identify and predict the clinical types and characteristics of preterm infants' later dysfunction (normal development, movement disorders, speech disorders, social barriers, etc.), providing a basis for personalized and precise early rehabilitation treatment for premature infants. |
