研究目的：

1.通过前瞻性随机对照研究，客观评价基于情绪类别选乐方式的中医五行音乐疗法在改善恶性肿瘤相关抑郁状态及提高患者生活质量方面的临床效果，为提高肿瘤患者生活质量提供简单便捷的护理方案。 2.通过纳入音乐治疗相关领域专家（中医学、心理学、护理学和音乐学领域）进行甄选乐曲、解析音乐情绪属性，对大众较熟悉的网络音频和公开发行的五行音乐进行情绪类别划分，建立音乐数据库，初步探索传统五音调式与西方音乐情绪类别之间的对应关系，推动中医理论和音乐治疗的有机结合。  

Objectives of Study：

1. A randomized controlled trial will be conducted to objectively evaluate the clinical effect of TCM five elements music therapy based on musical emotion categories in improving the state of cancer related depression and the quality of patient life , so as to provide a simple and convenient nursing program for improving the quality of life of cancer patients. 2. By inviting music therapy related experts (traditional Chinese medicine, psychology, nursing and musicology field) to select music and analyze the attributes of music emotion. The emotional categories of familiar network audio and five elements of publicly released music will be divided. Through the establishment of music database, the corresponding relationship between traditional pentatonic mode and western music emotion category is preliminarily explored, and the organic combination of TCM theory and music therapy is promoted.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17项)评分＜8分且≥24分；
2.有自杀动机及自杀倾向的患者；
3.肿瘤晚期病情危重者或预计生存期少于3个月者；
4.合并有心肝肾和造血系统等严重疾病，神志不清，或有精神病者；
5.不能配合治疗者，孕妇；
6.听力障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score < 8 and >=24;
2. Patients with suicidal motive and suicidal tendency;
3. Patients in critical condition in advanced stage or expected overall survival less than 3 months;
4. Patients with serious diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, delirium, or mental illness;
5. Patients can not cooperate with the treatment or pregnant women;
6. Patients with hearing disabilities.

采用随机化方法，随机序列表由中国中医科学院西苑医院临床药理研究所GCP中心运用SAS 9.4 软件在计算机上模拟产生，受试者将以1:1:1随机分配到两组中的一组。
