建立透皮吸收主要活性成分祛斑功效评价及指标体系。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish an evaluation and index system for the efficacy of transdermal absorption of main active ingredients in freckle removal.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）妊娠或哺乳期妇女；（2）瘢痕体质、过敏体质；（3）合并有心、肺、肝、肾、造血系统、恶性肿瘤、传染病等严重性疾病；（4）排除其他疾病(如颧部褐青色痣、瑞尔黑变病、色素性扁平苔藓、雀斑、咖啡斑、炎症后色素沉着、太田痣等)；（5）3 个月内口服或局部使用过治疗黄褐斑的药物； （6）6 个月内使用光子或者激光治疗过黄褐斑；（7）正在服用可能影响黄褐斑治疗药物的患者（避孕药、甲状腺素、雌激素），光敏性药物；（8）合并细菌、真菌感染，或局部皮肤破损及浅表溃疡；（9）正在服用抗凝药物及有凝血功能障碍者；（10）患有自身免疫性疾病（如皮肌炎、系统性红斑狼疮、天疱疮等）及精神异常者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Scar constitution and allergic constitution; 3. Complicated with heart, lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, malignant tumors, infectious diseases, and other serious diseases; 4. Exclude other diseases (such as naevus fuscocyanus zygomaticus, Riel melanosis, pigmented lichen planus, freckles, coffee spots, post-inflammatory pigmentation, nevus of Ota, etc.); 5. Drugs for chloasma were taken orally or locally within 3 months; 6. Use photon or laser to treat chloasma within 6 months; 7. Patients who are taking drugs that may affect the treatment of chloasma (contraceptives, thyroxine, estrogen), photosensitive drugs; 8. Combined with a bacterial and fungal infection, or local skin damage and superficial ulcer; 9. Those who are taking anticoagulant drugs and have coagulation dysfunction; 10. Patients with autoimmune diseases (such as dermatomyositis, systemic lupus erythematosus, pemphigus, etc.) and mental disorders.
