研究目的：

1. 寻找脓毒症谵妄患者特有生物标记物，并探讨其与脑功能障碍的相关作用；2. 评估睡眠节律、睡眠结构改变与谵妄的关系。

Objectives of Study：

1. to find some biomarkers in sleep disturbances and biomarkers in sepsis-associated delirium patients delirium patients and the role of these biomarkers on brain dysfunction; 2. to assess the relationship between sleep rhythm and sleep architecture changes in sepsis-associated delirium patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

小于18岁，妊娠期，在ICU入住不足24小时，神经系统疾病，精神疾患，严重肝功能衰竭，听力或视力障碍不能良好沟通者，恶性肿瘤晚期。

Exclusion criteria：

patients younger than 18 years of age, pregnancy, patients who didn't stay more than 24 hours, nervous system disease, mental illness, severe liver failure, auditory or visual impairment and advanced malignancy.
