重复住院，未描述或描述不一致的压力性损伤、医院获得性压力性损伤。

Exclusion criteria：

Repeated hospitalizations, pressure injury is not described or inconsistent, and hospital-acquired pressure injury.

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):	International Guidelines for Pressure Ulcers, 2014. The conceptual staging characteristics of stress injuries are based on the guidelines.

Target condition (The target condition is a particular disease or disease stage that the index test will be intended to identify. Please specify the characteristics in detail; the population should has a complete spectrum and good representative):	In 2019 and 2021, all hospitalized patients who met the inclusion criteria, aged > 65 years, were divided into case group and control group based on the presence or absence of pressure injury on admission.
