研究目的：

本研究选择血液中常见的蛋白分子和细胞为研究对象，涉及C-反应蛋白（CRP）、纤维蛋白原（Fibrinogen）、肺表面活性蛋白-D（SP-D）、克拉拉细胞蛋白（CC-16）、脑钠肽（BNP/NT-proBNP）、晚期糖基化终末产物可溶性受体（sRAGE）以及嗜酸性粒细胞（EOS）。以COPD不同临床表型的患者作为研究人群，包括慢性支气管炎、肺气肿、恶化。分析上述血液标志物在诊断或表征患者临床类型、量化疾病严重程度、反映疾病进展或活动、预测和检测对治疗的反应中的作用，从蛋白或细胞水平，为COPD患者的精准诊断、治疗及预后提供相应的实验数据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the protein molecules and cells commonly found in the blood were selected as the research objects, involving C-reactive protein (CRP), fibrinogen (Fibrinogen), pulmonary surfactant protein-D (SP-D), Clara cell protein (CC- 16), brain natriuretic peptide (BNP/NT-proBNP), soluble receptor for advanced glycation end products (sRAGE), and eosinophils (EOS). Patients with different clinical phenotypes of COPD, including chronic bronchitis, emphysema, and exacerbations, were used as the study population. Analyze the role of the above blood markers in diagnosing or characterizing patients' clinical types, quantifying disease severity, reflecting disease progression or activity, predicting and detecting responses to treatment, from the protein or cell level, for accurate diagnosis, treatment and Prognosis provides corresponding experimental data.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 支气管扩张、支气管哮喘、肺结核、肺癌、肺部肿块、结核性胸膜炎、胸廓畸形、肺间质纤维化等呼吸系统疾病；
2. 同时患有冠心病、糖尿病、神经系统疾病、自身免疫性疾病；
3. 有胸部外伤史和/或手术史；
4. 肝功能、肾功能、心功能等衰竭或恶性肿瘤疾病；
5. 有精神疾病史，酒精或药物滥用史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Bronchiectasis, bronchial asthma, tuberculosis, lung cancer, lung mass, tuberculous pleurisy, thoracic deformity, pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and other respiratory diseases;
2. Suffering from coronary heart disease, diabetes, nervous system disease, autoimmune disease;
3. History of chest trauma and/or surgery;
4. Failure of liver function, kidney function, heart function and other diseases or malignant tumor diseases;
5. History of mental illness, history of alcohol or drug abuse.
