研究目的：

对脊柱外科患者可能成为术后下肢静脉血栓形成的危险因素进行分析,根据不同方法建立预后预测模型，并对比得出较好的模型,建立列线图、网页工具等实用工具，真正运用到临床实际工作中，更好地预测下肢深静脉血栓的发生，以期早期干预.

Objectives of Study：

Analyze the risk factors of postoperative lower extremity venous thrombosis in patients with spinal surgery, establish prognostic prediction models according to different methods, and obtain better models. In practical work, the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis in lower extremities can be better predicted for early intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前应用抗凝药物者；
2.术前存在下肢深静脉血栓者；
3.住院期间未手术、行二次手术者、合并有骨盆及下肢骨折者；
4.存在出血高危因素、存有下肢血管凝血性疾病、对抗凝药物依赖患者；
5.合并有严重基础疾病或存在生命体征不稳定者；
6.各种原因所致信息收集不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Anticoagulants used before surgery;
2. Preoperative deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities;
3. No surgery during hospitalization, perform secondary surgery, or combined with pelvic and lower extremity fractures;
4. Patients with high bleeding risk factors, lower extremity vascular coagulation diseases, and anticoagulant drug dependence;
5. Patients with severe underlying diseases or unstable vital signs;
6. Incomplete collection of information due to various reasons.
