研究目的：

基于影像学分析不同运动疗法分别干预腰椎间盘突出症患者对椎间盘突出形态学的影响，并对比临床评估量表分析不同运动疗法的治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The influence of different exercise therapy on the morphology of lumbar disc herniation in patients with lumbar disc herniation was analyzed based on imaging, and the therapeutic effect of different exercise therapy was analyzed by comparing clinical evaluation scale.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不愿意接受保守治疗或依从性较差的腰椎间盘突出症患者；
2.出线马尾神经压迫、腰椎管狭窄等需考虑手术患者；
3.近2周使用药物或其他相关治疗方案患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with lumbar disc herniation who are unwilling to accept conservative treatment or have poor compliance;
2. Cauda equina compression and lumbar spinal stenosis should be considered as surgical patients;
3. Patients who have used drugs or other relevant treatment regiments in the last 2 weeks.
