研究目的：

本项目的研究目标是找寻预测IS患儿对ACTH药物治疗后长期应答的有效方案，通过采集各类患儿在治疗前的脑电信号，比较前后BASED评分差异，并交叉分析出具有不同预后患儿在不同睡醒阶段的典型振荡波多尺度熵值差异，完成ACTH药物预后预测模型，从而解决由于治疗前无法预知ACTH药物对不同患儿长期治疗疗效导致无效治疗的临床需求问题。  

Objectives of Study：

The research objective of this project is to find an effective scheme for predicting the long-term response of IS children to ACTH drug treatment, to collect the EEG signals of various children before treatment, compare the differences in BASED scores before and after treatment, and cross-analyze the differences in typical oscillating wave entropy values of children with different prognostics at different stages of sleep, complete the prognosis prediction model of ACTH drugs, and thus solve the clinical demand for ineffective treatment due to the inability to predict the long-term treatment efficacy of ACTH drugs on different children before treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 在ACTH治疗期间调整抗癫痫药物者；
2. ACTH治疗结束后在随访完成或复发前调整抗癫痫药物者；
3. 痉挛发作频率＜1次/天；
4. ACTH治疗后临床或复查脑电图时显示仍有痉挛发作者；
5. 脑电图数据缺失或背景存在明显伪差；
6. 临床资料缺乏；
7. 随访时间＜1年；
8. 复发时具有明显诱因（例如严重感染或外伤）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who adjust antiepileptic drugs during ACTH therapy;
2. Those who adjust antiepileptic drugs after ACTH therapy is completed or before relapse;
3. Frequency of spastic episodes < 1 time/day;
4. Clinical or re-examination of EEG after ACTH treatment shows that there are still spastic occurrences;
5. EEG data is missing or there is a significant pseudo-difference in the background;
6. Lack of clinical data;
7. Follow-up < 1 year;
8. Recurrence has a clear precipitating cause (e.g., severe infection or trauma).
