Objectives of Study：

Our current study aimed to investigat the effect of insulin pump on serum betatrophin levels and remission of diabetes in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

胰岛素抗体阳性、糖尿病酮症、合并急慢性肝炎、慢性肾功能不全、充血性心力衰竭、近期接受过任何降糖降脂药物治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria were circulating islet cell antibodies; diabetic ketosis; recent acute illness; or concomitant chronic disease, including kidney, liver, and cardiovascular disease. T2DM patients who were treated with oral hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic and/or antihypertensive agents were also excluded to avoid the possible confounding effects of medications

由独立的统计专家将符合标准的受试者以随机数字表法按1:1随机分配至MDI组和CSII组，随机序列置入连续编号的不透明信封内。但治疗方案对患者和研究者不设盲。

The randomisation sequence was prepared by the study statistician with random number table method on 1:1 randomly assigned to MDI and CSII group. Neither patients nor investigators were masked to treatment allocation.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

原始记录数据以纸质版保存于内分泌科资料室内，同时录入EXCEL以电子版形式保存于内分泌科,最终通过ResMan上传。
