研究目的：

探究气虚血瘀型射血分数保留的心力衰竭的生物学特征，包括代谢组学特征和转录组学特征，为中医学辨证论治提供理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the biological characteristics of Qi deficiency and blood stasis in heart failure with preserved ejection fraction, including metabolomic features and transcriptomic features, in order to provide a theoretical foundation for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.急性冠脉综合征者；
2.先天性心脏病、严重心脏瓣膜病、缩窄性心包炎、肥厚型心肌病、限制型 (浸润性) 心肌病等；
3.近90天内有支架植入、冠脉搭桥病史者；
4.近90天内植入过永久起搏器、植入式除颤器或左室辅助装置者；
5.入选时收缩压>160mmHg 或<90mmHg者；
6.慢性肺部疾病患者需要使用氧疗或药物干预者；
7.近90天内发生过脑梗死者；
8.同时具有其他疾病 ( 如合并肝、肾等重要脏器严重功能衰竭、恶性肿瘤等) 在治疗期间需特殊处理而影响心力衰竭的临床治疗者；
9.妊娠期、哺乳期者，或育龄妇女但未采取可靠避孕方法者；
10.研究者判断患者依从性不好，无法完成试验者；
11.近2个月内 ( 入院患者按入院时间算) 参加过其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with acute coronary syndrome.
2. Congenital heart disease, severe valvular heart disease, constrictive pericarditis, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, limited (invasive) cardiomyopathy, etc.
3. Patients with a history of stent implantation and coronary artery bypass grafting in the past 90 days.
4. Patients who have been implanted with permanent pacemakers, implantable defibrillators or left ventricular assist devices in the past 90 days.
5. Systolic blood pressure (SBP) > 160mmHg or < 90mmHg when selected.
6. Patients with chronic lung disease who need oxygen therapy or drug intervention.
7. The death of cerebral infarction occurred in the past 90 days.
8. Patients with other diseases (such as severe failure of important organs such as liver and kidney, malignant tumor, etc.) need special treatment during treatment, which affect the clinical treatment of heart failure.
9. During pregnancy, lactation, or women of childbearing age but do not use reliable contraceptive methods.
10. The researchers judged that the patients had poor compliance and were unable to complete the trial.
11. Those who have participated in other clinical trials in the past 2 months (the hospitalized patients are calculated according to the time of admission).
