研究目的：

1.评估卒中后认知障碍患者的大脑皮层兴奋性差异； 2.探讨大脑皮层的兴奋性与卒中后认知障碍间的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To analyze the differences in cortical excitability among patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment. 2. To analyze the correlation between cortical excitability and post-stroke cognitive impairment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.短暂性脑缺血发作；
2.小脑卒中；
3.严重心肺功能或肝肾功能不全者及癫痫病史；
4.生命体征不稳定或出现新病灶致病情恶化者；
5.合并严重内科疾病或有严重出血倾向者；
6.排除外伤性、代谢性、中毒性和肿瘤所致的神经系统异常表现；
7.经颅磁刺激（TMS）或磁共振成像（MRI）禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Transient ischemic attack;
2. Cerebellar stroke;
3. Patients with severe heart and lung function or liver and kidney insufficiency and history of epilepsy;
4. Patients with unstable vital signs or new lesions causing disease deterioration;
5. Those with serious medical diseases or serious bleeding tendency;
6. Toxicity and abnormal manifestations of the nervous system caused by tumors;
7. Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contraindications.
