临床观察氢溴酸山莨菪碱注射液治疗脓毒症的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy and safety of anisodamine hydrobromide injection in the treatment of sepsis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、预后恶劣，如特重型颅脑损伤、心肺复苏术后、恶性肿瘤晚期、严重慢性各系统疾患者；
2、免疫抑制患者，排除持续使用免疫抑制剂患者；
3、粒细胞缺乏症患者；
4、颅内压增高、脑出血急性期及青光眼患者；
5、过敏体质，有药物、食物过敏史或已知对本药组成成分过敏者；
6、妊娠或有妊娠计划，哺乳期妇女；
7、近3个月参加过其它临床试验者；
8、有精神类疾患不能配合正常试验流程者；
9、研究者认为不宜入选的其他原因。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Poor prognosis, such as severe craniocerebral injury, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, advanced malignant tumors, and severe chronic diseases of various systems;
2. Patients with immunosuppression, excluding patients with continued immunosuppressive use;
3. Patients with granulocytosis;
4. Patients with increased intracranial pressure, acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage and glaucoma;
5. Allergic constitution, history of drug or food allergy or known allergy to the components of this medicine;
6. Patients who are pregnant or have a pregnancy plan and are lactating;
7. Have participated in other clinical trials in the last 3 months;
8. Patients with mental diseases who cannot cooperate with normal test procedures;
9. Other reasons considered by the researchers not to be included.

采用随机数字表，将受试者随机分配到试验组和对照组，每组各120例。试验组接受氢溴酸山莨菪碱注射液+常规治疗；对照组仅接受常规治疗。 由统计师采用SAS软件包生成随机表，每位受试者入组时会分配一个编号，按照编号受试者进入到相应的处理组。
