研究目的：

为妊娠期糖尿病孕妇研发一组适合居家、简单有效、有氧和抗阻力结合的体操运动方案，评估干预效果，并研究能有效提高运动依从性的健康教育方案  

Objectives of Study：

To develop a group of simple and effective gymnastics exercise program for pregnant women with gestational diabetes that is suitable for home and combines aerobic and resistance, evaluate the effect of intervention, and study the health education program that can effectively improve exercise compliance

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

北京市孕妇一般在24-28周左右进行糖尿病筛查。本研究纳入筛查为糖尿病的20-45岁孕妇（排除有糖尿病家族史及运动禁忌症的孕妇），在知情同意的原则下，将孕妇分为：对照组（常规保健）、体操干预组、体操+健康教育干预组。 干预研究阶段：采用实验研究中的干预研究方法, 对所有入组孕妇入组后，分别在入组时、32、36、38周进行主要指标和次要指标监测。体操干预组和体操+健康教育干预组孕妇入组后，分别在入组时、32、36、38周现场体操带教练习一次，运动后监测主要指标。其余时间，对照组孕妇常规保健；体操干预组孕妇常规保健同时，自己在家中练习体操锻炼；体操+健康教育组通过组群，加入健康教育社群管理服务干预。一直随访到分娩，分娩结局指标。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Pregnant women in Beijing are generally screened for diabetes around 24-28 weeks. In this study, pregnant women aged 20-45 years who were screened for diabetes (excluding those with a family history of diabetes and contraindications to exercise) were included. Under the principle of informed consent, pregnant women were divided into control group (routine health care), gymnastics intervention group and gymnastics + health education intervention group. Intervention study stage: the intervention study method in the experimental study was adopted to monitor the main and secondary indicators of all pregnant women at the time of enrollment, 32, 36 and 38 weeks respectively. The pregnant women in the gymnastics intervention group and the gymnastics + health education intervention group were enrolled into the group, respectively at the time of entry, 32, 36, 38 weeks of on-site gymnastics teaching practice, monitoring the main indicators after exercise. The rest of the time, the control group pregnant women routine health care; Gymnastic intervention group pregnant women routine health care at the same time, their own gymnastics exercise at home; The gymnastic + health education group joined the health education community management service intervention through group. Follow up to delivery, delivery outcome indicators.  

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有T2MD家族史者; 2.严重的心肺疾病患者; 3.宫颈功能不全或环扎者; 4.有早产风险的双胎或多胎者; 5.怀孕26周以后诊断为前置胎盘; 6.出现早产或胎膜早破; 7.子痫前期或妊娠高血压; 8.重度贫血。

Exclusion criteria：

1. those with a family history of T2MD; and 2. patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease; and 3. Those with cervical insufficiency or cerclage. 4. Twin or multiple births with risk of preterm labor. 5. Placenta praevia diagnosed after 26 weeks of pregnancy. 6. Preterm labor or premature rupture of membranes. 7. Pre-eclampsia or gestational hypertension. 8. Severe anemia.
