研究目的：

探讨与常规护理方法相比，脑卒中集束化肠内营养护理干预方案对脑卒中患者临床结局改善的的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of enteral nutrition nursing bundle cares on the improvement of clinical outcomes of stroke patients compared with conventional nursing methods.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 肠内营养途径为胃、肠造瘘的患者；
2. 肠内营养前已存在腹泻、呕吐等症状者；
3. 有胃、肠等消化道器官切除手术史；
4. 其他干扰结局的状态与疾病：妊娠、晚期癌症、肝功能衰竭、肾功能衰竭等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients whose enteral nutrition route is gastrostomy or enterostomy;
2. Patients with diarrhea, vomiting and other symptoms before enteral nutrition;
3. Have a history of resection of digestive tract organs such as stomach and intestines;
4. Other states and diseases that interfere with the outcome: pregnancy, advanced cancer, liver failure, renal failure, etc.
