研究目的：

评价不同血液透析模式在维持性血液透析患者中的有效性和安全性，为患者选择合理的透析模式提供可靠证据支持  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of different hemodialysis modes in maintenance hemodialysis patients, and to provide reliable evidence support for patients to choose a reasonable dialysis mode.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.准备或曾经接受肾移植；
2.合并影响生存期的恶性肿瘤；
3.严重的充血性心力衰竭，NYHA心功能分级IV级；不稳定心绞痛；急性冠脉综合征和／或在研究开始前三个月发生过心肌梗塞；
4.全身性感染，如结核、系统性真菌感染、艾滋病、肝炎；
5.肝硬化；
6.妊娠和哺乳妇女
7. 其他临床医师认为总体病情严重或不适合参与研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Prepare or have received kidney transplantation;
2. Combined with malignant tumors that affect survival;
3. Severe congestive heart failure, NYHA class IV; unstable angina; acute coronary syndrome and/or myocardial infarction three months before the start of the study;
4. Systemic infection, such as tuberculosis, systemic fungal infection, AIDS, hepatitis;
5. Liver cirrhosis;
6. Pregnant and lactating patients;
7. Other clinicians believe that the overall condition is serious or unsuitable to participate in the study.
