研究目的：

1. 明确出院准备度与加速康复理念下全髋关节置换术后患者康复与回归社会之间的关系； 2. 探索基于出院准备度的情景模拟干预是促进加速康复理念下全髋关节置换术后患者康复及回归社会的又一重要的科学手段。

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the relationship between readiness for discharge and the rehabilitation and return to society of patients after total hip arthroplasty under the concept of accelerated rehabilitation. 2. To explore the situational simulation intervention based on readiness for discharge as another important scientific tool to promote the rehabilitation and return to society of patients after total hip arthroplasty under the accelerated rehabilitation concept.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有老年痴呆等认知障碍不能安全参与和评估者；
2. 患者同时具有其他疾病需在住院期间进行治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with cognitive impairments such as dementia who cannot safely participate and be evaluated;
2. Patients with other concurrent conditions requiring treatment during hospitalization.
