研究目的：

记录患者修复过程中和长期随访过程中的相关指标，对进行最终修复体的个性化穿龈轮廓设计和常规进行后牙种植修复的两组患者的骨与软组织差异性进行观察性研究，评价两种种植修复方式的治疗效果，为患者和临床医生寻找并提供此类病例的一种更优的治疗方式。  

Objectives of Study：

Records in the process of repair during long-term follow-up of patients with related indicators, the final restoration of personalization in gingiva contour design and conventional dental implants after repair the differences between the two groups of patients with bone and soft tissue in observational studies, to evaluate the treatment effect, two kinds of plant restoration approach for patients and clinicians and provide a better quality of such cases treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.口腔卫生差且不能保持口腔卫生者
2.患者患有未经治疗的糖尿病、高血压等系统性疾病
3.患者为重度吸烟或酗酒者
4.孕妇

Exclusion criteria：

1. Poor oral hygiene and inability to maintain oral hygiene;
2. Patients with untreated diabetes, hypertension, and other systemic diseases;
3. Patients are heavy smokers or alcoholics;
4. Pregnant women.

All data in this study are stored in the hospital system, and all image data and photo data are stored in the Information Department of West China Stomatological Hospital of Sichuan University.
