研究目的：

明确个性化tDCS对慢性意识障碍患者促醒治疗的效果及其机制。

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the effect and mechanism of personalized tDCS in patients with prolonged disorders of consciousness.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 既往神经或精神疾病史； 2. 既往有脑缺血或脑出血病史； 3. 有肿瘤病史； 4. 近1月有服用镇静药物或抗癫痫药物； 5. 生命体征不稳定。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of neurological or psychiatric disorders; 2. Previous history of cerebral ischemia or cerebral hemorrhage; 3. Have a history of tumor; 4. Have taken sedative drugs or antiepileptic drugs in the past 1 month; 5. Unstable vital signs.
