研究目的：

本研究采用为期12周的远程多模式康复对肺癌术后患者进行康复干预，探讨该模式对肺癌患者健康相关生活质量与功能的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we will use a 12-week remote multimodal rehabilitation for pulmonary rehabilitation programme in postoperative patients with lung cancer to investigate the effectiveness of this model on health-related quality of life and function in lung cancer patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 无法独自移动超过100米的患者；
2. 无法完成以家庭为基础的活动的患者；
3. 有伴随疾病或身体状况不适合运动的患者（如急性未控制的心血管疾病或者精神疾病）；
4. 有认知损伤的患者（无法签署治疗的知情同意书）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unstable psychiatric/cognitive disorder;
2. Comorbidity preventing exercise;
3. ECOG performance status of 3 or 4 at study entry;
4. Patients unable to complete home-based activities.
