研究目的：

以行为改变轮为主要依据，融合用户为中心理论框架，创建促进高血压患者运动、饮食、血压监测、服药四个模块依从性的基于微信的综合干预方案，经过3个月的随机对照实验，验证该综合干预方案的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To create a wechat-based integrative intervention which involves exercise, diet, blood pressure monitoring, and medication adherence intervention strategies; To integrate such as the behavior change wheel theory and user-center theory to improve the adherence; To verify the effectiveness of this study via a three months of randomized controlled study.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.高血压前期或其他未开始服用降压药的患者；
2.存在运动禁忌症者，包括心脑血管疾病等严重并发症者，肌肉关节疼痛者，或医生建议近期不能参与运动者等；
3.存在糖尿病、肾病共病的患者；
4.用BMI筛查超重或肥胖的患者；
5.参加了其他健康干预项目的患者；
6.没有血压仪。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With pre-hypertension or patients who do not start taking antihypertensive drugs;
2. With contraindications to exercise, including serious complications such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, muscle and joint pain, or those who cannot participate in exercise as recommended by the doctor;
3. With diabetes or nephrosis;
4. Overweight or obese screening by BMI;
5. Participate in other health intervention programs;
6. Have no sphygmomanometer.
