研究目的：

比较镜像疗法治疗、气动式柔性手套训练和镜像疗法+气动式柔性手套训练3种治疗方法在治疗脑卒中后手功能障碍的疗效，得出结论，探索其对脑可塑性的影响。并根据所得研究成果进行论文撰写并发表，争取推广应用，以提高医疗效率、节约成本，改善患者生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparing the efficacy of mirror therapy, pneumatic flexible glove training and mirror therapy + pneumatic flexible glove training in the treatment of hand dysfunction after stroke, it was concluded that its impact on brain plasticity was explored. According to the research results obtained, the paper is written and published, and strives to promote and apply it to improve medical efficiency, save costs, and improve the quality of life of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄大于80岁；合并严重心肺肝肾功能不全，不宜进行康复训练者； 2.可逆性脑卒中患者； 3.严重认知功能障碍患者，不能配合训练者； 4.精神疾患者，MMSE<20分； 5.聋、哑人； 6.无法在定点医院接受治疗和定期随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age greater than 80 years old; Patients with severe cardiopulmonary hepatic and renal insufficiency, not suitable for rehabilitation training; 2. Patients with reversible stroke; 3. Patients with severe cognitive dysfunction who cannot cooperate with the trainer; 4. Patients with mental disorders, MMSE < 20 points; 5. Deaf and mute; 6. Those who are unable to receive treatment and regular follow-up in designated hospitals.
