研究目的：

1. 主要目的：探究小脑兴奋性改变是否会影响老年人反应性平衡。 2. 次要目的：探究小脑兴奋性改变后在反应性平衡时大脑皮层兴奋性和下肢肌肉收缩的改变。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary aim: To investigate whether altered cerebellar excitability affects reactive equilibrium in the elderly. 2. Secondary aim: To investigate changes in cortical excitability and lower limb muscle contraction during reactive balance after altered cerebellar excitability.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）认知障碍，没有足够的认知能力自主决定是否参加实验；
2）有严重的运动眩晕症；
3）有头痛症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cognitive impairment and insufficient cognitive ability to decide autonomously whether to participate in the experiment;
2. Having severe motor vertigo;
3. Having a headache disorder.
