Objectives of Study：

To measure mindful non-reactivity and psychological distress at multiple assessments, and explore the temporal order relationship between the improvement of non-reactivity and the relief of psychological distress.

1.自伤或自杀风险；
2.攻击行为或对团体有破坏性的行为。

采用随机平行分组。使用Excel生成1到100的随机数序列。参试者被分配一个随机数。该随机数除以2。如果余数为0，则将相应的参试者分配到正念训练组。如果剩余数为1，则将参试者分配到等待名单组。分配比例= 1:1。分配表严格保存于实验室电脑中。
