研究目的：

验证三七升板汤治疗气阴两虚型ITP患者临床疗效及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of SQSB decoction when administered in ITP subjects with TCM pattern of deficiency of both Qi and Yin.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

三七升板汤颗粒饮片（参三七、生地、墨旱莲、南沙参、生茜草、紫草、牡丹皮，甘草） 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Chinese herbal concentrate-granule pieces of SQSB decoction（Notoginseng radix et rhizoma,Rehmanniae radix,Ecliptae herba,Adenophorae radix,Rubiae radix et rhizoma,Arnebiae radix,Moutan cortex,Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma) 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）继发性血小板减少性紫癜者
（2）虽符合西医诊断标准，但中医证候不是气阴两虚证者
（3）过敏体质或对多种药物过敏者
（4）妊娠或哺乳期妇女
（5）严重的精神病患者
（6）怀疑或者确有酒精、药物滥用病史者
（7）肝肾功能异常（血清谷丙转氨酶>正常上限2倍，肌酐>125umol/L）
（8）近1周内有活动性大出血（每日出血量≥50ml）
（9）近4周内服用其他中药者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Secondary thrombocytopenic purpura;
(2) Meeting western diagnostic criteria, but the TCM syndrome is not Deficiency of both Qi and Yin pattern;
(3) Allergic constitution or allergic to multiple drugs;
(4) Pregnant or lactating women;
(5) Severe mental disease;
(6) Have or suspected to have a history of abuse of alcohol or drug ;
(7) Abnormal liver or kidney function (serum level of alanine aminotransferase > 2 times upper normal limit, creatinine > 125umol/L);
(8) Active bleeding (daily blood loss ≥ 50ml)within latest one week;
(9) Taking other Chinese medicine within latest four weeks.
