研究目的：

前瞻性随机对照研究直接前入路（The direct anterior approach,DAA）和后外侧入路（Posterolateral approach,PLA）全髋关节置换术对手术损伤、早期功能康复及近期临床结果的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To compare faster rehabilitation of different surgical approach in THA patients treated by direct anterior approach or posterolateral approach.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不能耐受手术或麻醉者2.股骨头置换术3.髋关节翻修术；4.具有髋关节手术病史或需取出内置物；5.严重骨质疏松者；6.肥胖患者，BMI大于30kg/m2。

Exclusion criteria：

A diagnosis of Crowe Type 3 or 4 dysplasia, previous hardware, BMI≥30kg/m2, prior hip surgery, an inability to tolerate general anesthesia, an unwillingness to participate in the study
