研究目的：

本研究拟进行一项单中心大样本的回顾性研究，探究结合患者临床特征和术前肺部CT，应用机器学习方法，建立预测模型，用以预测接受胸科手术的患者PPCs以及其它临床结局（ICU入住率和住院时长等）。建立胸科PPCs的预测模型并进行验证，以期精准实现胸科手术患者的术前风险分层并为将来深度学习用于临床麻醉的相关研究提供一定的参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study plans to conduct a single center large sample retrospective study to explore the application of machine learning method to establish a prediction model to predict PPCs and other clinical outcomes (ICU occupancy rate, length of stay, etc.) of patients undergoing thoracic surgery in combination with their clinical characteristics and preoperative lung CT. The predictive model of thoracic PPCs was established and validated in order to accurately realize the preoperative risk stratification of patients undergoing thoracic surgery and provide some reference for the future in-depth study of clinical anesthesia.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术中改变手术方式的患者；
2.术后胸部X线等检查缺失；
3.基于现有病历资料无法判断患者是否发生术后肺部并发症；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who change the operation mode during operation;
2.Postoperative chest X-ray examination was missing;
3.Based on the existing medical records, it is impossible to judge whether the patient has postoperative pulmonary complications;
