研究目的: |
1. 运用代谢组学的方法研究脓毒症心肌病患者体内多代谢紊乱的变化规律,首先筛选差异代谢物,再通过与临床指标的相关分析筛选1-3个脓毒症心肌病早期预警生物标志物; 2. 结合代谢组学技术及生物信息学技术,构建脓毒症心肌病早期诊断模型; 3. 研究脓毒症心肌病的临床特点,深入分析代谢紊乱与脓毒症心肌损害的关系,探讨脓毒症心肌病可能的发病机制; 4. 临床上脓毒症心肌病的诊断指标具有滞后性,发现时多已经合并心功能障碍失去早期干预的时机。由于代谢组学技术的高敏感性和特异性,在生物标志物的筛选和诊断模型的建立上具有独特的优势,为脓毒症心肌病的早期诊断和治疗提供依据,从而改善患者的预后。 |

Objectives of Study: |
1. Use metabolomics to study the change rules of multiple metabolic disorders in patients with septic cardiomyopathy, first screen differential metabolites, and then screen 1-3 early warnings of septic cardiomyopathy through correlation analysis with clinical indicators Biomarkers; 2. Combine metabolomics technology and bioinformatics technology to build an early diagnosis model of septic cardiomyopathy; 3. To study the clinical characteristics of septic cardiomyopathy, deeply analyze the relationship between metabolic disorders and septic myocardial damage, and explore the possible pathogenesis of septic cardiomyopathy; 4. Clinically, the diagnostic indicators of septic cardiomyopathy have a lag, and when they are found, they are often associated with cardiac dysfunction and lose the opportunity for early intervention. Due to the high sensitivity and specificity of metabolomics technology, it has unique advantages in the screening of biomarkers and the establishment of diagnostic models, which can provide the basis for the early diagnosis and treatment of septic cardiomyopathy, thereby improving the prognosis of patients. |

1. 有慢性心功能不全、扩张型心肌肥厚、梗阻性心肌病或瓣膜性心脏病病史; 2. 心房颤动者(干扰心超测量); 3. 年龄<18岁; 4. 妊娠。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. A history of chronic cardiac insufficiency, dilated cardiac hypertrophy, obstructive cardiomyopathy or valvular heart disease; 2. Atrial fibrillation (interfering with echocardiography); 3. Age <18 years old; 4. Pregnancy. |
