研究目的:

1.建立包含脑脊髓CM大样本多中心临床队列及样本库,收集CM患者临床和影像资料,以及手术切除病变组织的基因测序结果,分析、总结和报告其特点; 2.基于深度学习算法,学习和归纳脑脊髓CM患者不同基因型与影像特点的关联规则。采用数据挖掘方法建模,实现通过脑脊髓CM患者影像特征对基因型及出血风险自动识别及预测; 3.基于转化医学和软件工程理论,开发脑脊髓CM基因型及出血风险多维度预测模型和决策系统。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To establish a multi-center clinical cohort and sample bank containing large samples of cerebral and spinal cord cavernous malformations, collect the clinical and imaging data of cavernous malformation patients, as well as the gene sequencing results of surgically removed lesion tissues. And to analyze, summarize and report their characteristics; 2. To learn and summarize associations of different genotypes and imaging characteristics of patients with cerebral and spinal cord cavernous malformation based on the deep learning algorithm. The data mining method was used to model and realize the automatic identification and prediction of genotype and bleeding risk through the imaging characteristics of patients with cerebral and spinal cord cavernous malformation; 3. To develop a multi-dimensional prediction model and decision-making system for genotype and hemorrhage risk of cerebral and spinal cord cavernous malformation based on translational medicine and software engineering.

病变体积过小,考虑手术获取样本量过少者(送检常规病理检查后不足以对标本进行基因测序)。

Exclusion criteria:

The size of the lesion is too small, the sample size obtained by surgery is insufficient (insufficient for genetic sequencing after routine pathology examination).
