研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨围手术期心率变异性(HRV)指数与术后认知功能损害以及外周血胶质细胞衍生神经营养因子(GDNF)表达水平之间的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

We explore the correlation between perioperative heart rate variability (HRV) index and postoperative cognitive impairment as well as changes in peripheral blood glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) expression levels in elderly patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)合并有严重神经系统或精神疾病史;
(2)复合或单纯神经轴向阻滞、周围神经阻滞;
(3)术后计划入住ICU的患者;
(4)长期使用氯丙嗪等影响认知能力评价的药物;
(5)拒绝参与或无法沟通的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined history of severe neurological or mental illness;
2. Compound or only neuraxial? blocks, peripheral nerve blocks;
3. Patients with planned postoperative intensive care unit (ICU) admission;
4. Long-term use of drugs such as chlorpromazine that affect cognitive evaluation;
5. Refuse to participate or be unable to communicate.
