研究目的:

本研究通过分析呼出的可挥发气体成分(VOC)在肺癌诊断和治疗过程中的变化特征,探索VOC分子与肺癌细胞代谢路径的关系。研究应用VOC分子指纹进行肺癌辅诊、早诊的效能。后期将研究成果向胸腺瘤和食管癌扩展。  

Objectives of Study:

The study is aiming to explore the relationship between VOC and the metabolic pathway of lung cancer cells by analyzing the VOC molecular print in the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer. And further to validate the efficacy of VOC molecular fingerprint as the early and auxiliary diagnostic biomarkers. Later, the research results will extend to thymoma and esophageal cancer.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 呼气采样不合格者;
2. 同时患有其他恶性肿瘤者;
3. 重度支气管哮喘、确诊肺结核者;
4. 重度肝功能损害和肾病者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Those who fail to pass the breath sampling;
2. Suffering from other malignant tumors at the same time;
3. Patients with severe bronchial asthma and confirmed pulmonary tuberculosis;
4. Severe liver damage and kidney disease.
