研究目的：

本研究拟建立一个前瞻性神经重症患者评估队列，观察需要神经重症监护室治疗的神经疾病危急重症患者预后情况，在10年的随访计划中每6-12个月定期对患者生活能力和预后进行临床评估，完成神经疾病危急重症患者临床诊疗信息数据库的建设，并分析与预后相关的临床因素。  

Objectives of Study：

This study examines the prognostic properties of immune parameters, clinical scores, electrophysiological tests (eg, ssep, emg, eng) and functional imaging for the prediction of functional outcome one year after treatment on a neurological intensive care unit.
