研究目的：

比较不同运动方案对久坐糖尿病老年患者心血管危险因素、体质、生物标志物、认知及运动功能及心肺功能等影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of different exercise regimens on cardiovascular risk factors, body mass, biomarkers, cognitive and motor function and cardiorespiratory fitness in sedentary diabetic elderly patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 骨科等疾病会影响患者身体活动；
2. 具有认知功能障碍；
3. 严重合并症或并发症，如心力衰竭、自主神经病变和近期中风；
4. 存在跌倒风险；
5. 癌症病史；
6. 终末期肾病透析。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Orthopedics and other diseases will affect the patient's physical activity;
2. Cognitive dysfunction;
3. Serious comorbidities or complications, such as heart failure, autonomic neuropathy, and recent stroke;
4. There is a risk of falls;
5. History of cancer;
6. End-stage renal disease dialysis and other medical diseases.
