研究目的：

1. 針對患有未確診的胸腔積液的病人，在進一步以內科胸腔鏡檢查時，除了傳統的白光影像外，再加上窄帶影像來定位異常的病灶做切片，是否可提升診斷率。 2.分析不同肋膜疾病在內科胸腔鏡下的血管型態。

Objectives of Study：

1. To assess whether the addition of NBI to WL is helpful to the diagnosis rate of medical thoracoscopy for patients with undiagnosed pleural effusions. 2. To further analyze the vascular patterns of pleura displayed in different diseases leading to patients with undiagnosed pleural effusions.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除無法承受局部麻醉與鎮靜下內科胸腔鏡檢查的病人，例如肺功能嚴重異常、無法控制的出血傾向、和嚴重心臟衰竭等。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria is an inability to tolerate medical thoracoscopy under local anesthesia and conscious sedation, such as inadequate lung function parameters, uncontrolled bleeding tendency, and severe heart failure.
