研究目的：

利用患者来源的肺癌组织在体外进行体内高模拟度的三维培养，形成体外肿瘤微结构组织并进行相关治疗药物和治疗方案的疗效研究，构建肺癌类器官与药物疗效和治疗方案效果信息平台，利用该平台探索肺癌个体化医学。  

Objectives of Study：

To carry out high-simulation three-dimensional culture in vitro using patient-derived lung cancer,form tumor microstructure tissue in vitro, conduct research on the efficacy of related therapeutic drugs and treatment plans, construct lung cancer organoids and information on the efficacy of drugs and treatment plans and use this platform to explore individualized medicine for lung cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.没有足够的肺组织进行组织学分析或剩余的肺组织不足以进行常规病理学分析；
2.全身情况差经内科治疗后无改善不能耐受手术；
3.其他可预见的导致手术危险和术后功能不良的病理情况；
4.之前有接受诱导治疗（例如诱导化疗或放化疗）；
5.根据主治医师的判断，患者将无法满足研究的要求。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There is insufficient lung tissue for histological analysis or the remaining lung tissue is insufficient for routine pathological analysis;
2. The general condition is poor and cannot tolerate surgery without improvement after medical treatment;
3. Other foreseeable pathological conditions that lead to surgical risk and postoperative dysfunction;
4. Received induction therapy (such as induction chemotherapy or chemoradiotherapy) before;
5. According to the judgment of the attending physician, the patient will not be able to meet the requirements of the study.

本试验涉及患者基础人口学资料、病理生物学临床资料等，均经过脱敏处理，按照规定由专人妥善管理；在受试者的理解和协助下，通过本项目研究的结果可能会在医学杂志上发表，但是课题组会按照法律的要求为受试者的研究记录保密。研究受试者的个人信息将受到严格保密，除非应相关法律的要求，受试者个人信息不会被泄露。必要时，政府管理部门和医院伦理委员会及其他相关研究人员可以按规定查阅受试者的资料。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This trial involves basic demographic data, pathobiological clinical data, etc. of patients, all of which have been desensitized and properly managed by special personnel in accordance with regulations; with the understanding and assistance of the subjects, the results of this project may be published in medical journals. However, the research group will keep the subjects' research records confidential as required by law. The personal information of the research subjects will be kept strictly confidential, and the personal information of the subjects will not be disclosed unless required by relevant laws. When necessary, government management departments, hospital ethics committees and other relevant researchers may access the subject data as required.
