To study the clinical efficacy of the topical application of tranexamic acid in tendon release in the forearm and hand.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.前臂三大神经损伤后遗症患者；
2.已接受过一次以上肌腱松解术者及术区皮肤软组织条件差者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with sequelae from the three major forearm nerve injuries;
2. Patients who received more than one tendon release and those with poor skin and soft tissue conditions in the operative area.
