初步研究超声引导经皮微波消融治疗儿童甲状腺功能亢进症的安全性及有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To preliminarily study the safety and efficacy of ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation in the treatment of hyperthyroidism in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重心血管系统疾病、肝肾功能不全等；
2.严重凝血功能障碍；
3.有颈部放射线接触史或甲状腺癌家族史；
4.双侧声带功能障碍；
5.活动性浸润型突眼。

Exclusion criteria：

1.severe cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney insufficiency, etc.;
2.severe coagulation dysfunction;
3.a history of neck radiation exposure or a family history of thyroid cancer;
4.bilateral vocal cord dysfunction;
5.Active infiltrative exophthalmos.
