研究目的：

通过比较试验组与对照组的评定指标验证： 1.验证远程康复训练与评估系统对脑卒中引起的肢体运动功能障碍患者指导进行肢体运动功能恢复的有效性及安全性。 2.验证远程康复训练与评估系统Fugl-Meyer评分与人工（医师）评分的一致性。

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the evaluation indicators of the experimental group and the control group, it is verified that: 1. To verify the effectiveness and safety of the telerehabilitation training and assessment system in guiding the recovery of limb motor function in patients with stroke-induced limb motor dysfunction. 2. Verify the consistency between the Fugl-Meyer score of the telerehabilitation training and evaluation system and the manual (physician) score.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

⑴显著认知、意识障碍以致不能完成Fugl-Meyer的测定；
⑵其它显著的肢体病损，如骨折、严重的关节炎、截肢等；
⑶肢体关节挛缩形成；
⑷法律规定的残疾患者（如盲、聋、哑、智力障碍、精神障碍、肢体残疾）；
⑸合并有心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病、精神病患者；
⑹育龄期女性尿妊娠检查结果阳性者；
⑺筛选前90天内参加过其它药物/器械临床试验者；
⑻体内携带有源金属仪器者，如心脏起搏器等；
⑼研究者认为不宜参与本试验的其它情况者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Significant cognitive and consciousness impairment so that the Fugl-Meyer measurement cannot be completed;
2. Other significant limb lesions, such as fractures, severe arthritis, amputation, etc.;
3. Formation of limb joint contractures;
4. Disabled patients specified by law (such as blindness, deafness, muteness, intellectual disability, mental disability, physical disability);
5. Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, mental illness;
6. Women of childbearing age with positive urine pregnancy test results;
7. Those who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs/devices within 90 days before screening;
8. Those who carry active metal instruments in the body, such as cardiac pacemakers;
9. Other situations in which the investigator considers it inappropriate to participate in this trial.
