研究目的：

（1）探索1Hz低频重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)联合常规步行训练改善脑卒中步行功能的疗效。 （2）探索重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)联合步行训练改善脑卒中步行功能的外周神经机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the effect of 1Hz low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) combined with routine walking training on improving walking function of stroke. 2. To explore the peripheral nerve mechanism of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) combined with walking training in improving walking function of stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）伴有严重认知障碍、言语障碍，无法配合训练者；
（2）偏盲，存在视力障碍者；
（3）眩晕、耳鸣等前庭功能障碍者；
（4）伴有下肢骨折、严重骨关节疾病、严重心肺肝肾疾病无法训练者；
（5）出现体位性低血压者；
（6）既往有癫痫病史、体内有金属起搏器、脑内有金属植入物以及颅骨缺损等不适合进行经颅磁刺激治疗或评估者；
（7）预计不能完成试验, 依从性可能不好者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With severe cognitive impairment, speech disorders, unable to cooperate with the training;
2. Blind persons with visual impairment;
3. Patients with vestibular dysfunction such as vertigo and tinnitus;
4. Those who were unable to train with lower limb fractures, severe osteoarthropathy, severe cardiopulmonary and liver diseases;
5. Patients with orthostatic hypotension;
6. Those who have a history of epilepsy, metal pacemakers in the body, metal implants in the brain and skull defects are not suitable for transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy or assessment;
7. Not expected to complete the test, compliance may be bad.

Stroke patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly selected from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University by a therapist who did not participate in the treatment and evaluation. Use a computer to randomly generate a table of random numbers.
