研究目的：

本课题通过研究遗传性凝血因子Ⅶ缺乏症先证者及其家系中18位成员的临床表型、遗传特征、发病机制、蛋白结构、基因检测、表型验证等，以期为该此类罕见疾病的分子机制研究提供新的思路，并有望为遗传性凝血因子Ⅶ缺乏症的孕前筛查、临床诊断、精准治疗及预后寻找到新的突破点。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the clinical phenotype, genetic characteristics, pathogenesis, protein structure, gene detection, and phenotype verification of probands with hereditary coagulation factor VII deficiency and 18 members of their families were studied, with a view to providing information for such rare diseases. It provides new ideas for the study of the molecular mechanism of hereditary coagulation factor VII deficiency, and is expected to find new breakthrough points for pre-pregnancy screening, clinical diagnosis, precise treatment and prognosis of hereditary coagulation factor VII deficiency.
