研究目的：

1. 阐明lncRNA Bmp1在烧伤所致的肠道损伤中的表达规律； 2. 证实lncRNA Bmp1及其通路在肠道修复中作用； 3. 证实lncRNA Bmp1与肠道损伤指标的相关性，为肠黏膜屏障损伤的早期诊断提供新的生物标志物。

Objectives of Study：

1. To elucidate the expression pattern of lncRNA Bmp1 in intestinal injury caused by burn; 2. To confirm the role of lncRNA Bmp1 and their pathways in intestinal repair; 3. The correlation between lncRNA Bmp1 and intestinal injury indexes was confirmed, providing a new biomarker for the early diagnosis of intestinal mucosal barrier injury.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

既往史和现病史表明存在消化道疾病（如急慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、炎症性肠病、功能性胃肠病、胃穿孔、上消化道出血、急慢性胰腺炎、肠梗阻等）；存在严重消化不良或严重吸收不良的严重代谢性疾病，或合并肿瘤；慢性呼吸系统疾病、心血管疾病或慢性肾脏疾病者、自身免疫性疾病等免疫功能障碍者、糖尿病等；处于妊娠期或哺乳期的妇女；入院前长期服用非甾体抗炎药（如吲哚美芬、阿司匹林等）、糖皮质激素、西罗莫司、双磷酸盐、氯吡格雷等药物；患者的家族史存在消化性溃疡或其他胃肠道疾病。患者试验依从性差，或存在精神类疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Previous and present history indicate the presence of gastrointestinal diseases (such as acute and chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, inflammatory bowel disease, functional gastrointestinal disease, gastric perforation, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, acute and chronic pancreatitis, intestinal obstruction, etc.); Severe metabolic disease with severe dyspepsia or severe malabsorption, or combined with tumor; Chronic respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases or chronic kidney diseases, autoimmune diseases and other immune dysfunction, diabetes, etc.; A woman who is pregnant or breastfeeding; Long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (such as indomethacin, aspirin, etc.), glucocorticoids, sirolimus, bisphosphonates, clopidogrel and other drugs before admission; The patient has a family history of peptic ulcers or other gastrointestinal disorders. Patients had poor compliance or mental illness.

Reference criteria: The patient showed symptoms of intestinal injury, with elevated blood inflammation indexes and intestinal injury indexes.
