研究目的：

通过检测CA/CPR患者血液及脑脊液中HMGB1水平，研究HMGB1水平在CA/CPR脑损伤中所起的作用，为理解CA/CPR后脑损伤的病理生理机制和开发以HMGB1-RAGE信号通路为靶点的药物治疗提供基础和铺垫。  

Objectives of Study：

we study the role of HMGB1 in brain injury after CA/CPR by determination of serum and Cerebrospinal Fluid(CSF) HMGB1 levels, which provides foundation for further understanding of the pathophysiology mechanism and HMGB1-RAGE pathway related drug interventions of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在感染、自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤、脑外伤、或脑血管病者排除
2.使用糖皮质激素或免疫抑制剂者排除

Exclusion criteria：

1. These subject were free from infection, autoimmune diseases, cancer, brain trauma or cerebrovascular diseases;
2. These subject were free from corticosteroids and immunosuppressive drugs ues.
