研究目的：

1.进一步证实米诺环素联合小剂量激素治疗大疱性类天疱疮的有效性和安全性； 2.评价其在激素累积剂量、生活质量及经济学方面的优势。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Further confirm the efficacy and safety of minocycline combined with low-dose hormone in the treatment of bullous pemphigoid; 2. To evaluate its advantages in terms of cumulative dose of hormones, quality of life and economics.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.以黏膜表现为主/仅有黏膜受累的BP患者；
2.合并有其他会影响疗效判断的皮肤病，如银屑病、荨麻疹、湿疹；
3.妊娠/哺乳期妇女/近期计划妊娠妇女；
4.近3月内参加另一项临床研究；
5.不能定期随访的患者；
6.Karnofsky <50分；
7.因其他疾病，使用与本研究药物有相互作用的药物；
8.米诺环素环素/糖皮质激素使用绝对禁忌症（如：对研究药物过敏，1月内使用过减毒活疫苗，合并严重的感染，严重未控制的高血糖/高血压，严重的心、肺、肝、肾功能不全等）；
9.合并恶性肿瘤肿瘤（不包括非黑色素瘤皮肤癌/原位已切除癌）；
10.严重、未控制的精神疾病/神经系统疾病；
11.酗酒、吸毒或药物成瘾者；
12.出现其他临床医师判断不能参加本研究的重大疾病或其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. BP patients with mainly mucosal manifestations/only mucosal involvement;
2. Combined with other skin diseases, such as psoriasis, urticaria, eczema, which can affect the judgment of curative effect;
3. Pregnant/lactating patients/patients planning to become pregnant in the near future;
4. Participate in another clinical study within the last 3 months;
5. Patients who cannot be followed up regularly;
6. Karnofsky <50 points;
7. Use drugs that interact with the drugs in the study due to other diseases;
8. Absolute contraindications for minocycline/glucocorticoid use (e.g., allergy to study drug, use of attenuated live vaccine within 1 month, combination of severe infection, severe uncontrolled hyperglycemia/hypertension, severe heart, lung, liver and renal insufficiency, etc.);
9. Tumors with malignant neoplasms (excluding non-melanoma skin cancer/carcinoma excised in situ);
10. Severe, uncontrolled mental illness/neurological disease;
11. Patients addicted to alcohol or drugs;
12. The presence of other critical illnesses or other conditions that the clinician has determined preclude participation in the study.
