研究目的：

比较机器人手术和腹腔镜手术在胃肠恶性肿瘤手术实施过程中的在术中参数、围手术期并发症、肿瘤结局等方面的差异，以期选择适合胃肠恶性肿瘤患者的微创手术方式。  

Objectives of Study：

The differences of intraoperative parameters, perioperative complications and tumor outcomes between robotic surgery and laparoscopic surgery in the implementation of gastrointestinal malignancies were compared, so as to select minimally invasive surgical methods suitable for patients with gastrointestinal malignancies.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有过上腹部手术史；
2.有过胃肠道手术史；
3.最近4周内参加过其他临床研究的患者；
4.研究者认为具有不适合参加本研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of abdominal operation;
2. History of gastrointestinal surgery;
3. Patients who have participated in other clinical studies within the last 4 weeks;
4. There are other conditions that the researcher thinks are not suitable for participating in this study.
