研究目的：

1.探讨超声引导个体化PEEP联合多索茶碱对COPD患者腔镜手术肺功能保护的影响； 2.探讨通过改善COPD患者腔镜手术术中肺功能和通气等指标对术后神经认知功能(PND)短期影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided individualized PEEP combined with doxofylline on pulmonary function protection in COPD patients undergoing endoscopic surgery; 2. To explore the short-term effects of improving pulmonary function and ventilation during endoscopic surgery on postoperative neurocognitive function (PND) in patients with COPD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.胸肺手术史，严重心血管病或急性心肌梗塞；
2.术前认知功能障碍；
3.对多索茶碱禁忌，有严重精神障碍或沟通困难。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of thoracic and pulmonary surgery, severe cardiovascular disease or acute myocardial infarction;
2. Preoperative cognitive dysfunction;
3. Serious mental disorders or communication difficulties with doxofylline contraindications.
