研究目的：

在利用计算机视觉进行前期评估的基础上，采用随机对照试验对临床确诊为ASD的儿童分别进行LSP行为训练，LSP行为训练加VR训练，通过比较两组儿童的临床康复效果，评估ASD儿童社会沟通交往能力的提高和刻板重复行为的减轻程度，探讨VR技术在ASD儿童康复训练中对核心症状的改善和生活技能的提高程度。  

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of computer vision for preliminary evaluation, a randomized controlled trial was used to conduct LSP behavior training, LSP behavior training plus VR training for clinically diagnosed children with ASD. By comparing the clinical rehabilitation effects of the two groups of children, the improvement of social communication ability and the reduction of stereotypical and repetitive behaviors of children with ASD were evaluated. To explore the extent to which VR technology can improve the core symptoms and life skills in the rehabilitation training of ASD children.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 癫痫和精神障碍的患儿，具有自闭症的癫痫特征但是具有神经代谢癫痫或癫痫为病因的儿童；
2. 通过头颅CT排除脑发育障碍患儿和听力检查排除听力异常患儿；
3. 遗传性疾病导致的脑功能异常的患儿；
4. 拒绝参与研究或无法接受研究规定期的随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with epilepsy and mental disorders, children with epilepsy features of autism but with neurometabolic epilepsy or epilepsy as the etiology;
2. Exclude children with brain development disorders by head CT and exclude children with abnormal hearing by hearing examination;
3. Children with abnormal brain function caused by genetic diseases;
4. Refused to participate in the study or unable to accept the regular follow-up of the study.
