研究目的：

本研究的目的是在老年上腹部腹腔镜手术中滴定一个合适的PEEP值（驱动压，即平台压与PEEP的差值，代表着呼吸系统扩张膨胀的压力，正逐渐成为限制吸气相肺膨胀的的靶向指标），采用驱动压滴定PEEP，并评价术中LPV对中老年患者肺氧合功能和术后肺氧合（PPCs）的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to titrate an appropriate PEEP during laparoscopic upper abdominal surgery in the elderly (driving pressure, namely the difference between platform pressure and PEEP, represents the pressure of dilation and expansion of the respiratory system, and is gradually becoming a targeted indicator to limit the lung expansion in the inspiratory phase). The effects of intraoperative LPV on pulmonary oxygenation function and postoperative pulmonary oxygenation (PPCs) in elderly patients were evaluated.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

重度贫血（Hb<60g/L）、OSA、重度COPD（FEV1<30%pre）、哮喘、支气管扩张、术前肺部感染、呼吸衰竭、胸廓畸形、术后回ICU、心功能III-IV级，严重肝肾功能不全（Child B或C，透析），术中出血量大于30%血容量者

Exclusion criteria：

Severe anemia (Hb<60g/L), OSA, severe COPD (FEV1<30% PRE), asthma, bronchiectasis, preoperative pulmonary infection, respiratory failure, thoracic malformation, postoperative return to ICU, cardiac function III-IV , severe hepatic or renal insufficiency (Child B or C, dialysis), and intraoperative blood loss greater than 30% blood volume
